Dr. Marvin Barham is Lead Pastor of Jubilee International in Maumelle, AR. Marvin has served in ministry for over 30 plus years. Marvin has ministered prophetically across the country for many years with his father Prophet Johnny Barham. God has used him to spread the gospel and prophetic ministry throughout cities and churches in Mexico, South Africa and Brazil. He apostles churches in Morelos and Allende, MX and Lonoke, AR. 

           Marvin has served on the board of community ministerial alliances, as a chaplain of the Arkansas Army National Guard motorcycle club, and Vice President of the Arkansas National Guard Officers Christian Fellowship. He is a member of Highway and Hedges motorcycle ministry, Patriot riders and an Associate Staff member of Campus Crusade for Christ Military Ministry. He has served as a chaplain for GMHMA of Arkansas, and POP Warner Youth Football League. For several years he coached football for POP Warner and Oak Grove Hornets League. He has served as a Board Member for the Children of Arkansas Loved for a Lifetime  (C.A.L.L.) and Co-Chair of the Arkansas Ministers Network. He oversees Han Martial Arts for Missions ministry and is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. He also runs a Christ-centered martial arts ministry (hanmartialarts.org). Marvin served over 20 years in the Arkansas Army National Guard and retired from the National Guard as a Major (Infantry/Airborne/Air Assault). He attended the U.S. Army IOBC, IOAC, CAS3 and the Command and General Staff College. He has authored and co-authored many books. Marvin has taught home school coop courses in Biblical Worldview, Apologetics, Speech Communications, Fine Art, and World History. He ministers in the areas of preaching, teaching, healing, prophetic ministry, apostolic ministry, praise and worship and inspirational fine art. He preaches from a Hebraic perspective with prophetic revelation. 

           Marvin carries a strong passion for saving the lost, discipling the nations, and feeding God’s sheep with the uncompromising Word of Truth. He operates in personal and corporate prophetic ministry. He teaches in the areas of leadership, prophetic instruction, Hebraic concepts, inspirational painting, and much more. God has placed on his heart to see the restoration of the New Testament church and the Voice of God carried throughout the earth. 

           Marvin holds a BA in Art from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock; Masters of Religious Education (M.R.E.) and Middle Eastern Studies from the American Institute for Advanced Biblical Studies; a Doctorate of Ministry (D. Min) from Jubilee College International.  He is a Fellow in the Oxford Graduate School Society of Scholars; Professor of Hebraic Studies at Kidron Christian College and a member of the Board of Regents. He is also a professor and Chancellor of Legacy College of Ministry. Dr. Barham is currently working on a Ph. D. of Theology. He has also studied Holocaust History under instruction of Professors from Hebrew University at the Yad Vashem Institute in Jerusalem, Israel. He has ministered in diverse denominations to include Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, and Messianic congregations. He also oversees the Arkansas Ministers Network of Empowered Pastors. He is a sought after speaker and continues a national and international traveling ministry in addition to his oversight of Legacy College of Ministry Distance Learning.
